Plan My Wedding helps users organise wedding profiles, vendors, budgets, checklists, guests, invitations and enquiries.

Information we process

We may process account and contact details, wedding preferences, guest and invitation details supplied by you, vendor enquiries, booking and payment references, optional approximate location for nearby recommendations, notification tokens, device diagnostics, and content you upload.

How we use information

We use it to provide and secure the service, sync plans across devices, deliver authentication messages and notifications, process requested vendor or payment actions, improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app and with vendors when you choose to contact or book them. We do not sell personal information. Data is retained while your account is active and as required for security, transactions and law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You may edit profile details, decline location and notifications, or request account deletion in the app. Do not add guest information unless you are authorised to do so.
